I wonder if anyone has studied the health effects that differing latitudes play on a person’s circadian rhythm? Differences in latitude bring hours of variation in the amount of daylight between southern and northern locations, and circadian rhythms must continually adjust particularly in the north as daylight increases or decreases by several minutes every day, year round. Maybe Sen Rubio and Congress should abolish latitudes greater than 31 degrees north (the northernmost border of the state of Florida).
